i moved to a new address i filled out the reverse side of the statement with my new address many times they kept sending the statement to the old address with late charge fees then the mail stopped forwardin the mail to my new address time ran out i get a call from a collection agency they told me that they got my new address and phone number from aspire visa they had my new address and never sent the statement also they moved up my due date so they could add the late charges
