Asset Acceptance Capital Sheryl Jones Insensitive/Disrespectful Tactics Warren, Michigan

During the week beginning with January 11th 2010, I received a letter for a previous tenant whom I never heard of in the 3 years I have been living in my apartment. Never wanting to be responsible for other people's misdirected mail, I mailed it back to the sender with a note informing them to update their records. I have always done this for the time I have been living here, at my own expense. On this occasion the intended recipient shared the same first name as me.

On Thursday January 21st, 2010. I returned home at around 6:45pm Eastern Daylight time to find a note from my neighbor informing me I had message. When I went to the neighbor, they informed me they had received a phone call earlier in the day from a Sheryl Jones (800) 545-9931 Ext either 1260 or 7260. My neighbor knew my first name but was not certain of my last name.

I called the number a short time later and was told Ms. or Mrs. Jones had left already left for the day. The person on the phone informed me they would be able to assist me just as well. I informed this individual (who's name I failed to get) that they had very outdated information, that this individual has not lived here for years and finally they should not be disturbing my neighbors.
