I received a letter stating that I owe $ 221.00 with absolutely NO explaination what I am paying for or who I "owe". I have 45 days to accept this offer at 60 % of the total balance I "owe".

I was informed in the letter that I can make payment online at www.assetcare.com. But when I tried that address, it wouldn't let me in to see who I was paying.

Do I pay these people? Who are they? What do I do?
