I am the bookkeeper for a small-ish non-profit. We try to save money when possible. Associated Supply called our office with promises of less expensive and longer lasting ink. We got the package first, but decided not to use the ink until we got an invoice becuase we were not clear on the cost. We ordered 2 toners and and 8 ink cartridges, we got a bill for $352! Obviously we sent the goods back at our own expense, even though the fast-talking salesmen said if we didn't like it we could return it at no cost. Then we got a bill for a restocking fee of $52.80. We were not told anything about a restocking fee at the time of purchase, however- the salesman, when I called in for the return address, told me at this point we would pay this fee- I told him that wasn't the agreement and that we wouldn't be paying that. I told him we get ink for much, much cheaper through Amazon and that it works great for us. Hopefully this company comes through and "waives" the fee. After reading some of the reports on here it sounds like they have a regular habit of promising greatness and going back on their words; hopefully they come through for us, we shall see.
