We had signed a cancellation form supplied by ASSURANCE PLUS, and when we had no response to follow up letters, I called on february 28, 2006 (The original contract was effective on December 5,2005.). At that time I was told that I had accused them of "fraud" by my "stop order", and they could do nothing further because "the matter had been placed in the hands of their attorneys t oprove that there was no fraud". I again stated that my stop order was based on "non-performance", in that we had contracted (by dollar amount) for "15,000 Guaranteed Targeted Visitors" in tbe twelve month advertising contract. AS OF FEBRUARY 17, 2006, WE STILL HAD NOT HAD EVEN ONE VISITOR TO ANY OF THE THREE (3) AFFILIATE PROGRAMS. During my telephone conversation with ASSURANCE PLUS on February 28, 2006, we discovered that there had finally been five (5) visits on the one program; still nothing on the other two.
Since it appeared that there was no possible way of obtaining any way near the contracted 15,000 visitors (and no apparent concern over attempting to obtain that guaranteed level) with none for at least the first two and one-half (2-1/2) months, and a total of five now in a full three (3) months on the program, it is more than apparent that there will not be "guaranteed" performance.
ASSURANCE PLUS has stted that they would returm my "set-up" fee at the end of six months if I had not made the income, but they also stated that there is no way that they will return any part of my advertising contract AND they intend to prove to my credit card company that they have earned it and "make me pay!"

100% satisfaction

POSTED: Tuesday, December 12, 2006Please take a minute to let me explain. If you set 100 people up in a franchise that has a track record for success, statistics prove that at least 10 (most likely many more) of them would unfortunately fail. At least 60% of all people who open a restaurant fail in the first year. It is no different with this business except we have over a 90% satisfaction rate and the start up costs are a fraction of the other options I have mentioned. I would be wrong to say that this business will work for everyone, but one thing to remember is that it is a business and some effort has to be put in by the owner. The unfortunate part is that negative feedback is mostly what people take the time to post. I feel bad for the small percentage of people that were not satisfied with our business.
The prime example of this is a client named Max that has posted on this very site.
Max has been instructing people to go straight to the BBB and the Attorney General. When indeed if he would have contacted us directly and let us know his dissatisfaction we may have had the chance to satisfy his needs or let him out of the program without all the energy he has had to put out.
If it is something we did to let Max fall through the cracks than I will accept that and I apologize for the company. My goal is for every client to be satisfied and I will do whatever it takes to reach that goal.
We do have people that purchase our program and do not put in the effort and time to give the business a chance for success. If you have given our business a try and it is not working as you hoped please call our customer satisfaction line and let's discuss options that could get the business working at an optimal level or anything else we can do to ensure 100% satisfaction.
Please feel free to call 1-888-600-8955 and we will be more than happy to assist you in any way.
My Thanks,
Sierra Rutland
