Given spirited sales picth via telephone sales from Assurance Plus. Offering web site traffic and a percentage of revenue from given traffic. Pressured for credit card numbers on two occasions. One for 400.00(MC) for sales materials. One for 1500.00 (Visa) for web site purchase.

Web site was generic and looked very simple and suspicious once access granted (but not activated). Did research next day after purchase and found negative feedback

Immediately and within 24 hours of purchase, I called for a full refund. Spoke with G.M. David Hershman. Said transaction had already gone through and cant do it. I never had websites activated or signed any contracts or W9's they sent me. They could've been talking to anybody on the phone. All they have is a recording of the transaction. I have returned two seperate packages of sales materials.

This company is out nothing but an hours worth of phone time and delivery expenses for two packages. This company hunts and preys on people who are desperate and weak willed.

After filing report with Arizona BBB (Phoenix Office) AND filing an online consumer complaint
with the Arizone Attorney General site. Within two days of the later complaint,I was contacted by Assurance plus and told I would be receiving a full refund. The first chargback on my occured within two business days and the other just occured 19 calander days later. The reason the second one took so long wasnt Assurance Plus' fault.It was sitting in que at my Credit Cards dispute dept for 3 and a half weeks. GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE ELSE TRING TO GET THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY BACK. All I can say is file these two reports online and be patient. Mine took
3 months.

I never sent in my signed W9 or any paperwork. I hope that doesnt make a difference with others.
Keep trying and dont let Mr. Hershman B.S you like he did me.

23August2006 - Recieved call from Assurance Plus.
"Shane" @ 888-600-8955. Offered to give me full refund. Said it should take 3-10 days though.
Skeptical. Sounded too agreeable unless they caught wind of the report I left at the Attorney Generals Office the very day prior to Assurance Plus' call.
Will pursue refund again once 10 days lapses.
Will check back in with status update here.
