I wish I would have read this sight before I had any dealings with Assurance Plus! I'm out $300.00! Not near as much as most of the people posted on this sight! When I contacted the company for my refund I was given several different reasons why I wasn't entitled to it. First it was because I hadn't advertised for 6 consecutive months. Then I was told I didn't have to advertise for 6 consecutive months, just prove that I had advertised. They had the "proof" I had done my initial advertising with them, and it was in their file. I forewarded many advertising sites to them that I had signed up with as they requested. I was then notified that this wasn't good enough, they needed proof of the ads I placed. I couldn't get this info and shouldn't have to since they had their "proof". I informed them of this and demanded my money and let them know that I would take what ever legal steps needed to get my money. I have now been totally ignored for 2 weeks! I filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and have not gotten a response back from Assurance Plus. With this many complaints against this company, it is obvious something is very wrong. How can we all get our money back? How can we put this fraudulant company out of business?

Urge Others to File Complaint with Arizona Attorney General!

I have filed many other complaints against this company, and urge any other people that have had problems to do the same. So far, besides this site I have filed with the Better Business Bureau, The Federal Trade Commission, National Fraud Information Center, Internet Crime Complaint Center, The Ohio Attorney General's Office, and The Arizona Attorney General's Office. The Arizona Attorney General's Office is doing an investigation.
Maybe if everyone that has had these problems file reports as well, they will be more likely to do something! This company needs to be STOPPED! They should not get away with ripping people off. If anyone out there knows of other agencies that can help please post them. If we all bombard these agencies with complaints, maybe something will be done!
