I received an assurance wireless phone and had it turned on on October 19, 2013.  I had 250 minutes and 250 texts.  I checked my account balance halfway through the month and it said I had 154 text messages left.  I texted 3 or 4 times through the day after this and when no one responded I went back in the next day to see if they were sent and all my text message minutes where gone.  I called the company and the man told me it was a big problem they were having and promised it would be fixed in 24 to 72 hours.  Its been a week and a half now.

I am now being told I used all my minutes but the 3rd lady I talked to said I only used 118 minutes.  After the 4th called, when I started getting frustrated and impatient, they told me I used all my minutes. That I should go online and count how many I used.  I counted them on my phone and determined it was around the 118 minutes the 3rd lady said.  I tried to get online to count them, but mysteriously there was no record showing of any text messages I had sent or received.

So just like everyone else, I became frustrated and gave up calling them.  I filed a complaint with the FCC.  Its frustrating to know that the people in Columbia are being paid for a service they are not providing.  The call agents are very rude and you get never talk to a person that can actually fix the problem.  Like everyone else on here, I was made to feel I was trying to scam them.  Please respond if you have had this problem.  I would really like to see them lose the contract with the government phone, they are making 2 billion dollars a year and not providing a reliable service to the consumer.

I was complaining that the government is paying a foreign country to provide a service for people and are not getting what it is paying for.  You have a lot of time on your hands and that was quite a long rebuttal.  You must be working for assurance wireless.

Talk about nerve.

You really have some nerve to b**** about the FREE cellphone you have. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! Youre not paying for mins and your not paying for texts and you probably didnt even pay for the phone itself. Then you have the nerve to b***h about the FREE SERVICE. Really now. Perhaps you would like to pay for it instead.

Let me educate you because you are setting yourself up to look like a fool. ANY text or call that you make you are charged, ANY text or call you recieve also uses these up. You MAY have recieved more texts then you sent. Im not calling you a scammer, but it seems awfully funny that you get something for NOTHING and you b**** about it. Did you want to slap on a rubber glove and check up that gift horses a** as well? Because you seem to have you arm firmly down its throat.

The rest of the world doesnt qualify for the FREE SERVICE you are getting. Kinda a d*** move to go on the web and complain about something you have never paid for. It really goes to show your scociopathic level of self-entitlment. FREE means youre either poor or on a fixed income. You should be happy ANYONE is giving you ANYTHING for free.

They accknowledged the problem, youre just one of those bitter people where NOTHING is going to make you happy. Maybe you should get off your a** and be a bit proactive and maybe PAY for a phone and service. Then you would have some credibility and a leg to stand on. What you are doing is complaining that your not happy that there is a problem. Well get over yourself. Life happens. As such, problems happen. Deal with it or die. Thats our options.

Funny that you need free cellphone service but you have a computer to use and internet. Maybe your not that poor after all. Maybe youre just another of the self entitled american conscammer.
