This company is an absolute nightmare, it's very difficult to getting a real person on line and when you do they are from India and very difficult to understand. Each time I had to call (and there were many) expect to waste an hour of time and minutes. I "Topped up" as they urge you too, so I paid $20.00 for 1,000 texts and 750 minutes (they give you 250 minutes). They urge you to have money in your "account". I topped up July 28. Last week(8-13-2011) I charged my credit card to have the money there and ready to go, it shows my balance but didn't add the airtime. Last night I was getting close to the end of minutes and had to call (another 35 minutes used & time wasted) and was told I can't have that time until AUGUST 28, has to be one month. NOWHERE on the site does it say that and why did I keep getting text from them to "top up" don't run out. So I had to go out and night and buy a new phone (more $ I don't have) as I would have been without a phone for 11 days, so I took that # as all my contacts know it. I figure today I' get new # for the assurance, so an hour later & minutes of my new cell; they have no record of the money in my account and kept my money in my account, so even though you can change your # everyday on line if you want, they keep ALL your money and that's that. I disputed it immediately with my cc company so will see what happens. Meantime phone piece of garbage, calls dropped, etc. NIGHTMARE.. Don't do it, you know what they say NOTHING is free.
