I recieved a phone call on the 2nd june 2010 and was told i had won a holiday to the U.S to Disneyland and to secure my spot all i had to do was pay a downpayment of 311 australian dollars i since have researched this company and it seems every1 whos had something to say is all bad.I am trying to get Astar to refund my money to no avail atm i have send emails to them requesting this.My bank has been in touch with me and has informed me that Astar had tried accessing more then they said they were trying to access. I feel as they have been dishonest and wouldnt want to travel with them after this incident i also am going to see my bank about getting a dispute report done asap i thought this is the oppotunity of a lifetime for my kids so i reluctlenty agreed and gave them my credit card details which i thought about as soon as i hung up the phone it was the wrong thing to do i rang my bank straight away and they said theres nothing they can do but send out a dispute form so i hoping that will work.
