I purchased Astro A40 wired headset as a gift but my nephewant eyed a wireless headset so we purchased another headset I went to request a return and the customer service rep said I was over my 30 days and I couldnt return it. It was over 30 days since I ordered it but less than 30 days than I actually received it which is standard policy for all online business. This says so much for a business let alone a manufacture of a product that they have so little faith in the quality of the product the sell that they can't even give you 30 days with that product or that there sales are so bad that they refuse returns on products just to gin up sales. I tell you this beware of this company do not purchase anything from this corporation I haven't even used them so know nothing of the quality of the product but this experience tells me all I need about the quality of the product they sell and so should you as well.
