I filed a claim to replace my Galaxy SIII, and paid my deductible. I returned the damaged equipment in the packaging they provided. Has been a well over Three months and they claim they never received it. Now they charged my credit card an additional $275!! seriously whats the point of insurance if you end up paying the amount as you would a new phone. TIP: next time just say your phone was stolen.... why even bother sending back the damaged phone if they will claim they never received it anyways.... INFURIATED!!
