I bought there insurance never again .It.s not worth the hassle They sent a replacement phone that was inferior to the one that was broken.
And then to transfer the numbers there is a 2 hour wait at the only corporate.
store Anyway after three hours I finally got someone to release me esn number if it is not to late .But they did agree .This is the way the system is rigged So that's so inconvenient to get them to do the right thing so they can charge people more money for nothing .I my book that's stealing paying for something that you don't receive .BUT SOMEONE HAS TO FOLLOW THROUGH .It is not right .That they can not get away with this .The same with trying to cancel a free sample that you have to use your credit card to validate that it's you .Then you see all thease charges on your credit card .The same with all other companies that engage in this form of deceptive practice .If they get a dollar off everyone that uses there service times 1million people they just made a million dollars .
Inconvenience scams don't let them get away with it .Find a fax number or email and fight back electronically if you have to.
You will win .This is not intended .For people to scam the system but not get ripped off .Lets call it what it is .If you pay for something you should get it .If you don't pay for it that's stealing as well .But it's so easy for big companies with there automation to take advantage with reckless reguard for the consumer.That cell phone could mean a lot for a small businessmen .And only a few buck's time 20 million dollars for them they deal in quantity.
But for the guy who is trying to feed his family and trying to uphold a an image of trust ,It means a lot .I wish there were some other people that felt like me
and put them in there place.
