My husband's phone was stolen along with the charger and all. Sad, upseting... but it's ok, right? I mean that's why we got the insurance. Sad to say that when Sprint set Asurion up as their insurance they made a huge mistake.
First of all: $200 dollar deductible (who's fault? Don't know. Sprint said with our plan that if the phone was lost or stolen it would be replaced with a new phone at NO charge)
Second: extremely rude representative who hung up when I requested to speak to a supervisor.
Third: rude supervisor when I called back who said she would send a refurbished phone (when I told her that the Sprint rep had said "new" she laughed and said "we never guarantee a new phone")
Fourth: when the replacement done was received it was refurbished, non-operational, no charger as was specified.
Fifth: called back to try and get everything corrected and was told "just take it to a repair center"
Really? They sent a non-operational "refurbished" phone, sans charger, then told me to take it to a repair center! Before you get cell phone insurance make sure they don't use Asurion. Sprint is good, but the insurance is NOT worth it.
