This company approximately 3 weeks ago hi jacked the browser and home page of my computer.Various purchased spywares andrepairs cannot unlock this - has affected the close down of the computer as well. My computer is my livelihood as I recover from stages of cancer. I paty for dsl, yet this marjketing company comes in and takes ovber my computer. Against the communications laws I would think. I called the tertiary company internet speedway and reported it .skessler

Research completed - INACCURATE DESCRIPTION OF ISSUE UNRELATED TO ISPEEDWAY!

After reviewing this account, Sandy Kessler did purchase our software package on 01/11/2008. She called in the same day and cancelled her account due to an illness, and the website was never activated. She is correct that she does have a problem with her browser, but it was not caused by us or our software. The problem is most likely spyware or a virus, which she could have got from anywhere, E-Mails, unsecured websites, links, etc. Since she never used or activated our software though, it was not from us. When our merchantS download our software, it will be from a secure website. Because this merchant did not activate their website with Ispeedway, their issue is from another source and not from Ispeedway. We do not work with Billing.wholesale.com or Securenet.com. We are sorry to hear this former customer is having a problem with their browser. We completed a full refund for Sandy on 6/9/08 even though she didn't activate or use our software.
