It happened to me when I ordered a product from a TV infomercial. I will never order from TV again. I konw for a fact I did not opt for At Home Rewards because I declined every thing the phone operator offered me.

But after 21 days because I did not cancel At Home Rewards service they began charging me. If I had known about the service I would have cancelled it on day one.
