Let's see. AT Wholesale in Mokena, IL closes. Heath Zeller is listed as the owner. They had twenty two BBB complaints in three years. Bear Home Improvements opens in Mokena, IL and Andrea Zeller is listed as the owner. They both sell windows and siding. Who are you kidding. It is the same company under a different name running from a bad reputation and probably a lot of debt.

What I can't figure out though is why an ex-employee would place an order with them. I guess not everybody knew they didn't always install the same product that was sold to the customer. Many times a lesser quality product was installed for a bigger profit margin.

AWHI closed cause you are a loser dude! I can get my door fixed now I know you or the other company won't fix it either, OK! I don't have to smear the other company's name you are successful yourself at doing that! You must enjoy putting people down, well take a good look in the mirror at the big loser you are the problem. I didn't say I am credible, people who know me besides your so called friends and employees know that I am very credible, unlike you losing a sound company WHY? like you did, then opening a new one who cares anymore you are a ripoff bear with it dude no one likes you but yourself loser!

You, nor anyone else is in a position to know how or what happened to customers or employees when AWHI closed down.

Why all the lies? What does it all matter if you simply want your door fixed? Hire someone to fix it.

Were you hired to speak for others? Were you appointed spokesman of some "support group"? Or, are you just making up your own version of events?

Why, if you have a problem with your door do you continue to assault AWHI's reputation? What's the point?

Personally, I'm proud of AWHI's reputation. Roughly 40M$ of installed business - in $7,000 increments - over 12 years. With a stellar BBB and State of Illinois Attorney General record.

Why, if you have a door problem do you attempt to smear a company that had nothing to do with the door itself? Then, expect the company you're smearing to actually help you?

The reason for you rants and untruths are that you have nothing better to do with yourself except sit and waste your time. All while making yourself look like an absolute idiot.

The fact of the matter - while you were employed with AWHI - is that EVERYONE thought of you as a fool.

Again I wouldn't work for a loser like you! You are the one who didn't pay his employees then took deposits from innocent people who needed their money then let your wife open a new business who doesn't answer the phone for anyone to get service? What a RIPOFF! I also contacted the manufacture and they said it sounds like an installation problem! My door leaks water and I will not stop reporting till it is fixed properly.  Everything I told said in my reports are true I didn't smear the company you did!

First let me restate that I purchased my door from At Wholesale Heath Zeller not Bear Andrea Zeller. Bear opened and won't answer the phone for me to get any service. Second this isn't about who owns what! It's about getting my door fixed and name calling is uncalled for so grow up. Yes, I was an x-employee of At Wholesale and not of Bear because the owners lied to it's sales staff about their pay. That's now water under the bridge now because it went under anyway. All I am saying is how can one company close and another open and won't answer their phone for service???? I WANT MY DOOR FIXED .

He's mad at Andrea - because she started her own company and did not want him as the sales manager. This post is stupid.

I worked for At Wholesale for a number of years. I also personally know the Zellers.

It was a sad day when the company closed.

These two posts are by two people: Jim Moore and Brian Harrison. Both are full of SH**.

The Zellers have NEVER stolen from anyone.

Heath decided to retire from the business.

I am an ex-employee of At Wholesale. The reports listed above are completely false.

The two "gentlemen" who wrote these reports are simply morons.

How were they harmed by Bear Home Improvements? Neither one of these "gentlemen" were ever employed by Bear Home Improvements. Nor were they customers of Bear Home Improvements. What is this report accomplishing?

I can personally attest that neither one of these two "gentlemen" were in a position to know the inner workings of At Wholesale. Certainly not Bear Home Improvements either.

I can also personally attest to the fact that Andrea Zeller was not an owner of At Wholesale.  It's appalling that Rip Off Report would allow two buffoons like these to disparage an entirely separate company that was neither was owned nor operated by Bear Home Improvements and/or Andrea Zeller.

The one "gentleman" starts his rambling by lying about not receiving service as a CUSTOMER from Bear Home Improvements. He WAS NEVER a customer of Bear. Very credible post.

The one "gentleman" states that Andrea was a Vice President of At Wholesale. She was. However, the "gentleman" clearly does NOT understand that being a Vice President does not mean one possesses an equity stake in a company.

This same "gentleman" cannot even write a coherent sentence. Moron.

The fact of the matter with respect to the "gentleman" claiming to be a customer and then admitting he wasn't is that he became upset that Bear Home Improvements did not want to employ him in a capacity he desired. He is dead weight.

Anyone can say whatever they like on the internet. Most of it is garbage. These posts certainly are.

These two "gentlemen" should be more concerned about their own situations than they are about disparaging an innocent company.

However, the actions/ramblings by these two losers clearly indicate the type individual(s) they are.

Seeing you defend Bear and at the same time contend that you yourself were a victim of the At Wholesale closing makes this really for me. You, like your husband Heath are what give a bad name to honest, hardworking  sales professionals, and to an even larger credit, business owners in general.  What I have witnessed and experienced in recent weeks is the most unscrupulous set of circumstances I have ever seen in any type of business, period. I liken your husband to Bernie Madoff, and told him as much after recent events transpired. You have both walked away from your customers by not providing the service you've promised, and without a shred of conscience, withheld earned commissions from the very people who sold your products. I am still owed over $3000 by At Wholesale. Your husband said he'd mail me my checks, then manufactured reasons to not pay me - then contradicted himself via text - saying he'd "transferred the debt" to my brother who he claims owes HIM money. Who does this?! Any of this! He said he would pay me. Then, three weeks later when I'm inquiring as to why I have not been paid am told in no uncertain terms "lose my number - don't ever call me again." I cannot even begin to say how your former customers feel - many of which are calling me with problems because they cannot get a hold of you or your husband. As for me, I'd like to thank you both. You took money away from me and my family, and then, incredulously, your husband taunted me about his big house and many Rolex watches via text.

 So this Christmas, when you personally hand out, or see your husband handing out gifts to your kids, don't do it for a second without thinking about the fact that you've taken them away from my six-year old daughter. You have my money, but I will never, ever go away until I get it. Neither will anyone else posting here. Every time you try and open a new business, we will all be here to expose what you both really are. I will also be passing this address on to all of my ex-customers,  all of whom I will forever regret having exposed to the company owned by your family. To say Bear Home Improvement is somehow different and completely separate from At Wholesale is as laughable as anything I have ever heard - and mark my words: Every website I ever see it's name on, or any other company bearing the Zeller name will know how laughable it is. You have my money. But the people whose money you still have, and customers you've duped will cost you far more in future business, not to mention sleep and "peace of mind" than you'd have expended by just having a modicum of integrity to begin with. Good luck Andrea. You and Heath are going to need it.

OK let's be HONEST   First: You are still married to Heath Zeller who was the owner At Wholesale right?   Second: you say, I Andrea Zeller own and operate Bear Home Improvements, Inc. and that you were an employee just like I was for At Wholesale OK! . The day that At Wholesale closed, You were out of a job too. Well everyone else was also, but you did receive your full pay right? Let me guess?  YES! Third: then you decided to open Bear. VERY GOOD  Fourth: Then from 2001 until last month for At Wholesale. Who you were probably a manager not an owner OK. When you and Heath both brought all salespeople in our meeting and told all your sales Employees that on Tuesday November 6th that At Wholesale is no longer in business and that everyone will be receiving their full pay from At Wholesale commissions on Friday November 9th, then you don't pay any of us till next Tuesday one week later no where close to the amount it should have been and say that business is closed good luck!!!   HMM?  Yes this was a business, but when you don't take on the responsibilities for At Wholesale employees that you try to take over to Bear Home Improvements and then don't answer calls from us or customers so they can receive their down-payments and pay from At Wholesale when they and we need our money now?  (You are a ripoff)   Customer Service should always be first in all businesses. Fifth: Then you, Bear Home Improvements do all the installs of all the sold orders from AT Wholesale that you don't own in October and collect all the money, you need to give back the money to the customers that you didn't get financed the down payment they gave you.  Who wins there????  I'll tell you again, Bear Home improvements is this right or wrong????  When you had the best window sales month all year long in October from At Wholesale and collect for Bear Home Improvements what is wrong with this picture.   (AGAIN YOU ARE a RIPOFF )   And this is what this report is for so more people won't get ripped off........
Sixth: If you are truly sorry that I feel this way and why I couldn't call you if I needed service on my door. If  you would answer your phone maybe I could get good service on my door!! Seventh: You also wondering when I was turning in your samples and computer From At Wholesale that you don't own why do you ask this silly question if you don't own it.

I was an employee just like you were for At Wholesale. The day that At Wholesale closed, I was out of a job. I decided to open Bear. I have 23 years in this industry. I worked for one company (Thermoshield) from 1990 until 2001. Then from 2001 until last month for At Wholesale. I have taken care of hundreds of employees over the years and thousands of customers. People that know me, know I stand behind what I say and what products I sell. I'm sorry you feel like you couldn't call me if you needed service on your door.

I'm also wondering when you were turning in your samples and computer ($700 value) Don't forget about the projector ($500)
