Atauction Customerserviceatauction Atauction.com is a bidding online company that is the biggest rip off company I've ever known in my life!! They make it look like what you are getting is an awesome deal that you can not resist and make it look like a fun game and great deals. My 10yr old son thought it was a video game and went on line and placed all kind of bids not knowing ithat they really took money out of my bank account!! Well I tried to stop the bids from going through OH NO SUCH THING OF STOPPING A BID once you place it!!  Nationwide

then I emailed them about 10 to 15 times in 1 night to stop the bids and I tried to call them only to get no answer the whole weekend!! Then come first thing Monday morning I called them again and waited on the phone almost an hour before some RUDE lady answered and said there was NO WAY TO STOP THE BIDS! I tried to explain what happened they said they could not help me with bids that were already processed but I could send the items back but I would be CHARGED A FEE for sending the items back on top of that that the shipping charges were out of this world way way over charged cost $15.00 dollars to send a little ring that weighed an ounce!!!

Also it takes 15 days to even get a refund after they receive their item back plus you get charged 5% fee for sending the item back. I've never in my life thought that people with a business like this could be so unthought full knowing it was a child that placed the bids!! NEVER EVER Will they get my business I ALSO hope no one out there EVER EVER get MISTREATED SO UNFAIRlLY like I DID from a company like this I EVEN TOLD THEM THIS CAUSED ME TO HAVE A NEGATIVE BALANCE ON MT BANK ACCOUNT TYRY DIDN'T CARE!!!

Atauction.com is an online bidding game to win items that they make it look like its a deal your cant pass up But They are not worth the price they are saying they are worth but to a child the items make your child's eyes get big and think they are getting a great deal.

my son who is 10yrs old found atauction online and placed bids on a ton of items thinking it was a game and did not know the money was really being taken out of my account.  He did this on a weekend so when I realized what he was doing I tried to stop the bids by emailing and calling the company. Well got no response or no answer all weekend from the company.

well it was Labor Day weekend when my son did this terrible mistake so I had to watil until Tuesday to get them on the phone which I was on hold for almost an hour. Finally the lady that answered was very rude!  I preceded to tell the lady on the phone what my son did and she said it was too late to stop the orders that he already placed bids on and she couldn't help me because the orders were already processed.

The lady also told me that the orders that were already processed would be shipped and shipping cost were such a rip off it cost l$15 to $20 dollars to send one little ring that weighed less than an ounce!  She also told me it would cost me 5% Of whatever my son bought to return to them. 

I am just so upset and livid that a scam and rip off company like this can be allowed to operate and keep scamming and ripping off other people like me!  I àlso told the lady actually I was tears while I was telling her my bank account was drained and she did NOT even care!!!
