I called few times because my son never received his guard card, 6 months went by, and we are still waiting for it. I called Sacramento, I navigated on the internet, and I tried to investigate on my own why we did not receive
his card, but is no records of my sons name anywhere.
The manager is complete jerk, unprofessional; he does not have manners to treat customers, well
I dont think they or he knows whats a word professionalism is anyway?
