I had hired David Laflamme of Atlanta Bathroom Remodeling A division of Source One Construction.
He was hired on August 13th 2012 to remodel a master bath and hall bath, I also added to complete hardwood flooring after the contract was written up. No new contract was ever given to me(regardless of how many times i asked). When David Laflamme started the project it went smooth for about two weeks til the first problem came up. Several of my personal tools came up missing, only his guys were working in the house when things came up missing. This was simply to tip of the iceberg. Two months later the project was still no where near complete. His crew left a mess everywhere they went and the workmanship was that of a child. I had a few different tile guys come in to finish the shower and one of them would not even touch it due to David installing tile and not waterproofing first, I was told this would be a nightmare if I did not rebuild the entire shower unit. I also paid David laflamme $4150.00 for cabinets that I will never get and $2200.00 for shower heads and faucets, Those were also stolen from me. He simply took the money and kept saying it was being made and back ordered. I have never been so ripped off in my life. I am writing this in hopes to prevent anyone else from ever feeling the way I do losing all my money to a shady contractor. I also did some extra research on David Laflamme and found out he also has a warrant for his arrest and he has no business license.
Now after I had fired him he is saying he is going to put liens on the property even though his work was not complete at all and I had already paid more than enough money to complete the entire job.
Please no one ever use David Laflamme of Atlanta Bathroom Remodeling, he also changes his site name because he has ripped off other people. And he also does not pay his workers so they will start coming after homeowners for the money owed to them for doing work on your property.

David Laflamme is correct the original contract was for the master bath, David Laflamme told me if I purchased all of the materials(tile,mortar,hardiback) then the guys would complete the very small hall bath for free since I had already added on so much other work for him. As far as the tools, I have no need for a chop saw and I don't believe in stealing. I most certainly paid the plumber (Joel Cotton) I have the checks to prove that, I also have his number and will provide if needed. The electrician was also paid(even though they messed up the entire project), once again I have the checks to prove it. The reason I never sued is because I realize how messed up our judicial system is. I would have to use a lot of my time and money and the courts don't ever force anyone to actually pay. I most certainly paid for the faucets and the cabinets, I have the proof also. None of the tile work was ever completed. The tile was installed but not grouted or sealed, and once again the floor tile was installed improperly. As far as the debris haul off this was included in the original contract, What kind of contractor requires the customer to clean up the mess?? People just use your own judgement,
Just know if you use David Laflamme... You'll be sorry.
One last thing I found out about David Laflamme of Atlanta Bathroom Remodeling, I have also found out that he is not licensed contractor.

1..tools that came missing a tape measure..level...my tools missing compressor which I found upstairs hidden behind a desk...700.00 chop saw never recovered.
2..contract was for masterbathroom..added hall bathroom..kitchen..hardwood floors..patio door...scrape all cielings slick finish and paint..added 12,550.00 to original contract
3.Everyday Trent would tell me how he had to borrow money because his wife left him and took all his money.
Gave exterior door and interior door to hm at cost..exterior double steel with glass 345.00
4. never paid the plumber...I can provide his number
5. neve paid the electrician and added almost 4 thousand dollars to his scope...I can provide his number
6. Trent clearly got in over his head he still owes us over 9,000.00
7.Why did he not sue me if I was so bad?
8.The relationship was wonerful until he added and added I have all the paperwork.
9.We will be persueing Trent for the balance along with the electrician.
10.these are pictures from the first week I have pictures.
11.Intire slate secondary bathroom complete...slate flloors in kitchen complete...new pantry doors and trim complete...new hardwood...kitchen and living room complete...all extra
12.He tried to get my workers to do work directley for him....not happening.

14.Trent contracted me to remove all debris he was going to burn it his mother in law said no...gave me 300.00 more
