I recieved a loan with Atlanta Title Loan I was told that i could pay off 30 days interest free, when my payment came due I went in to pay off my loan and i was told I only could pay the interest for that month. I told The Hispanic manager that I need to pay off loan she told me if i paid off the first month I would have to pay prinicpal and interest. I said you told me 30 interest free she said on the second month. At this point im upset,, i was tring to pay this loan so I could sell this car. I borrowed 1000.00 w/h interest at 25% each month. I had to pay 250.00.

The next month the car broke, the engine went out, I called them to let them know the car had broken and my payment was due two weeks from that date. The assistant told me "when you got the loan the car was working and in your contract it states you will keep the car in the same condition" OK car values go down everyday and yes they do break, I than told her I will try to get the car fix which mean I will have to make my payment late, she than got very upset and told me my payment had to be in on the due date or she will put me on the repo list....HELLO the car is broke...I told her come get it she said they don't pick up broke vehicles.

to make a long sorry short after months on harrassment I paid off a loan for a broke car and later ran into one of thier ex-employees that told me I should have not paid it due to the car being broke and they wouldn't have picked it up anyways. It went to there profit. I will go to TitleMax anyday rather than going to Atlanta Title Loans. At least there half that rate and I can pay them off anytime!
