Atlantic Financial Services has been charging me a $10 Late fee, (every payment) twice a month for being late. Although I am In Between 3 and 10 Days late, I did notice on my contract, It does state that the will not charge me a late fee within 10 days of my Payment, if it is made in full within 10 days. They threatened to repo my car when i refused to pay my late fee. This is Crazy.
