I sent the money and some of my information that I felt comfortable sending by mail. Then I called a week later to give them the information I didn't give them and they said the credit card would be here in 7 to 10 days. Two weeks later I am calling to get a hold of someone to see where my card is and now the phone line has been busy for two days.
