On August 15th 2005 a sales person contacted me on my cell phone and offered me this credit card for a one time fee of $319.00 and said I would receive it in 30 days. the 30 days passed and no credit card. I have been calling and the number is now disconnected. they withdrew the money out of my checking account within 3 days.
