Atlantic Pacific Mortgage Uses BSI Financial Services to RIP OFF Customers. If you are late BSI returns the bank checks demanding a charge of $1260.02 for attorney fee plus late fee before accepting the money. Mount Laurel, New Jersey

I made a payment thru Wellsfargo Bank to BSI Financial Services 314 S. Franklin Street who collects the mortgage for Atlantic Pacific Mortgage 302 Fellowship Street, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054.  I had automatic payments thru New Jersey Law & Public Safety Credit Union (NJLPSCU) in Trenton, NJ. According to Tina, supervisor @ NJLPSCU, NJLPSCU change billpay and letters were sent via regular mail which I never received therefore I was not notify thus creating a mess. I called BSI explain to them the situation. I was told my Keia Jenkins to mail the check by September 20, 2012. According to Ms. Jenkins the money did not get there on time however, the letter where the money was returned is dated 9/21/12.  Now they are demanding $1260.02 for attorney fee claiming that the information was sent to their attorney. I was threatened that if I don't pay I will face foreclosure. Here is an email sent to Ms. Jenkins after calling her without a response.
You claim that I owe from July-October and she charges me for 5 late fee @ $35.37 each plus an attorney fee of $1260.02. I send her an email for what is included in this attorney fee and has not received a response. Ms. Jenkins,Loss Mitigation Specialist:

You failed to explain what is included in the whopping attorney Fee for $1260.02.  In addition how did you arrive @ 5 late fees if your letter was dated 10/23/12.
