I purchased the trial software from this company and it did not work as advertised. I had many errors using it thinking that it was because it was trial period. So I purchased the software also thinking that it would be better since it was a full working version and I kept getting many different type errors so I Contacted teck support and they kept telling me the different settings to use and still I kept getting errors. So I started getting screenshots of all errors and sent them on a daily basis and they kept revising the software with new updates I requested a full refund way before the 30 days and This is their response I got from their billing department and from Natalie today: please note that our refund policy is: Refund can be issued if the product does not work (some bug found) and it can not be fixed. Please appreciate our position, "I do not like the product" or "it is not what I need" is not an appropriate ground for refund as we offer free trial for each of our products before purchasing.I tried the software on 3 separate computers and they all 3 had same issue so its not the hardware or internet connection or the operator I know this to be a fact. I was very patient with them and all the errors way more than most people giving them the benefit of the doubt and to this date they are still holding to the fact of no refund and the trial period. I buy many softwares on the internet and if they dont perform as advertised then I have a legal right to request a full refund within 30 days and most good companies will honor this. Being that they do not honor a defective software tells me they are ripping people off. I just downloaded 2 of their competitors software programs just the trial only and right off the bat they worked the first time not taking me months of wasted time and money.
