i left cingular wirelessabout 6 moths ago due to bad customer servic only to fin my self back after att merg att asked me to send my broken phone in to haveit fixed they said to buy new phone and would get refund after mine came back nevergot my phone andtheystill charged me every moth for my plan now im back to cingular so they want me to honer att contract with them but they say i have to deal w att over my phone and charges ????????? sorry to say i was right bad customer service
