Uses an ambulance chaser aka "accident investigator" to hound & lure unsuspecting accident victims in their time of pain and confusion. These clowns totally screwed us and screwed up our case(s). First, by sending us to a quack (possibly unlicensed) unconcerned chiropractor in the ghetto. Who faked like he took xrays. never gave us a physical exam, never view hospital records, then told us he works with fakers when we expressed our dissatisfaction with his treatment. He told us he never treated any serious injuries implying that all his patients & the attorney want is a check. Ms.Burke and Ms.Coggswell works hand in hand playing good cop vs bad cop acting as if they were shocked to learn this information.

They are two of the most incompetent personal injury lawyers ever witnessed. They will screw you out of money, make sure this unethical chiropractor gets his and leave you with pennies after being in pain, never getting the proper treatment and missing time from work. Don't believe their lies. After you sign with their firm to handle your case, they forget about you even exists until its time to settle. They will not take your calls, they will not return your calls. They will lie to you with a straight face promising you big settlements and full recovery of your lost wages.

We had to gather up our own medical records, make phone calls in our case, make several visits to their office because they are simply to ignorant to return a phone call in a timely matter. They make excuses for their incompetence but still expect to be paid 33.33% of your settlement for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. In fact I settled my own auto damages with no help from them whatsoever. I ended up with more money for my property damage than they got for my personal injury. It's an outrage. And if you are self-employed or own a business, they will screw you royally out of your lost wages so run for cover.

We finally decided to go to a different doctors outside of their group of medical scammers they recommended. Both Sheryl Burke & Robin Coggswell (her so called litigator) did not cooperate with the new reputable doctors by totally ignoring their phone calls and bills leaving you holding the bag. Don't trust your case with these people if you don't want to end up in more pain medically than you started with. And if you truly expect them to work on your case and get you a really fair settlement....stay far away from the Law Offices of Sheryl Burke.
