Two guys (one Dutchman and a guy that says he's Canadian) are driving around in a rented van in the Amsterdam neighbourhoods where the university buildings are located. I know 5 students that were approached by them to buy the speaker set in one week's time. Two of those students (including myself) fell for it and paid far too much for a bad quality set...

At first, I thought it to be only a small sized ripoff trick, but after reading hundreds of reports on the same trick from the USA, Ive got the idea that I fell victim to an Audiofile mafia. They use exactly the same method and offer exactly the same set! Its clear to me now that theres some big organisation behind this and this actually frightens me to try to get my money back.
