CPS (Child Protective Services) of San Angelo, Texas 76903 took my nieces from my niece Audry Allen without calling a grandmother Emma Allen who lived 10-minutes down the street from my niece at the time. My niece Audry Allen her children had gotten out of the apartment and where spotted playing outside insead of calling someone to come and get them like my mom Emma Allen the grandmother who was available at her home at 237 East 24th Street of San Angelo, Texas 76903. My mom (grandmother) Emma Allen could have gone to pick the two grandchildren up Katarina and Mareyah to keep them from going to CPS. It was unneccessary for the children to have been taken from my niece Audry Allen because of that little incident. These things happen all the time! Th children were not hurt or anything but because of what has happened it has caused problems in the whole family because of a landlord reporting my niece Audry Allen so the children were picked up at the apartment without giving a chance of calling the grandmother to come and get them to keep them from going to Child Protective Services. They have been from their mom Audry Allen for almost 3-years, she doesn't have visitation rights, she is in Jail serving time for other things but I think the whole episode is redicoulus.

Now children can't play outside without someone hovering over them? Who knows if the mother/father were watching while doing yard work/mowing the grass/cleaning out a garage? What is the problem with kids playing outside? Were they randomly playing in the street? Were people hurting them? Where they burning down houses? Were they beating animals??? Seriously people...GOD FORBID don't let your kids out of your sight for 3 seconds or some random arse will call to complain. I don't know how I lived to be my age without some one calling CPS to save me because I was out riding my bike growing up with out a helmet...SAVE us all!!!! Anyone who calls CPS without a real reason needs to really get a life. Were the children abused??? Were the children beaten?? Were the parents smoking happy cigs /drinking excessively/ worshiping satan? People want to lay blame when they have no clue wth is going on. Everyone wants to lay blame on the parents. Yes there are bad parents out there but a landlord calls because children are playing?? OMG!!! NO NOT CHILDREN PLAYING!! What is this world coming toooooo??!!! How dare children play!!! That is crazy talk.

The kids are outside playing without supervision so where was your niece and what was the reason she is not watching her children?? That is what CPS does - did they know they could call the grandmother??? Now she is in jail - Great role model for her children!
