AuraVie 3-in1 Skin Care Trial
Internet USA

AuraVie 3-in1 Skin Care Trial I am cancelling my supposedly free trial offer that you advertised. I started using the product on 8/2/14, since I did not receive it until late in the day of 8/1/14. The advertising said to try for 10 days and cancel if not satisfied. I called on the morning of 8/11/14 and was told that I had exceeded the 10 day trial and since the product was opened, I could not return the remaining product. How do you trial a product without opening it??? Seems you had already charged my credit card $97.88. Since 8/11/14 is exactly 10 days from the time I had started using it, I was quite upset. I am disputing the charge on my credit card and am also reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. I am appalled at the dishonesty of your company. Internet

I ordered a free 10 day trial of AuraVie skin care on 7/28/14.  The agreement was to pay for shipping and handling, use the product for 10 days and cancel if you did not want to order the product after using for 10 days.   I received the product on the afternoon of 8/1/14 and got home late that day to get the mail.  I started using on the morning of 8/2/14.  I called to cancel on the morning of 8/11/14 and was told that I had exceeded the 10 day trial period and was charged $97.88 for the product.  They also said that I cannot return the product because I had opened it, so I must be charged for what product I had opened.  How can you trial a product without opening it??  I told them that I would dispute the charge since I was on the 10th day and hadn't even used the product for the 10 full days.  I will also be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.

Your problem stems solely from the FACT that YOU clicked "I agree" and you DID not READ!!!! YOU have scammed yourself. Had YOU read the terms and conditions of the offer, YOU would have seen for yourself that a order is placed automatically 14 days AFTER you order it. NOT a 10 day trial. THAT is just a suggestion for YOU the consumer. It always amazes me that people like YOU can click that "I agree" button yet NEVER expect trouble. Perhaps in the future YOU will read as to WHAT YOU are agreeing too!! You go right ahead and disput those charges, your bank AND your credit card company MAY help you but THEY are going to tell you the same thing I have. STOP CLICKING "I AGREE"!!! READ WHAT YOU ARE GETTING YOURSELF INTO!!!!! We can all tell that THIS is your problem because it is an American problem. People like YOU think that the real world doesn't infringe on anything on the web. But the web is based in REAL LIFE!!!! So until YOU can learn to NOT hit that "I agree" tab, STOP ONLINE PURCHASES!!!!
