After doing an online survey of sort, there was this offer of a "free sample" by this AuaVie company for a shipping charge of $ 4.95.  I accepted it and th package arrived with a packing list of only $ 4.95 with no other information on the fact that presumably I had only 10 days to cancel or I will be sent one per month at a ridiculous price of $ 98 or so!  When the second package arrived less than 30 days later with the invoice for $ 98, I called to cancel right away.

When I called the number 866-216-9336 to complain, I was shocked to find out they had charged $ 98 twice, for the first one and then the second one.  I would have agreed to just pay for one, but they offered only $ 45 disciunt on the second one and this really made me mad and thus this is my first ever SCAM report I have ever written in 20 years of online buying.  I have both pcaking lists and when the price is NOT shown, they have no right to charge me the $ 98.  

Apparently so many people have complained and why is this company still in existence with just a PO Box?  And on Amazon the product is still on sale, mainly by people who got cheated!  Wow, in the year 2014, there are still such open scam, and we are not even "old ladies" but regular people who serve the net and buy online all the time.  There should be some lawyers who would take up this case and shut down the company right away!
