I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING HERE EVERY SINCE I CAM E HERE IN 1991 AND HAVE SEEN ALMOST NO TURNOVER OF EMPLOYEES UNLESS SOMEONE'S HUSBAND MOVED OR TRANSFERRED AND THEY LEFT OR THEY RETIRED OR SOMETHING. NO ONE HAS BEEN FIRED.
I HAVE SEEN AFRICAN AMERICANS, MEXICAN AMERICANS, WHITE AMERICANS, MALES AND FEMALES AND THEY ALL KNEW SOMETHING ABOUT CAR AND TRUCK PARTS.
THAT'S PART OF THE JOB --KNOWING AN OIL FILTER FROM A TAILLIGHT ASSEMBLY AND A TURN SIGNAL ASSEMBLY FROM A LIGHT LENS.
YOU HAVE TO KNOW SOMETHING ABOUT CAR PARTS AND WHAT PART GOES WHERE.
I HAVE NO COMPLAINT WITH THE GREAT DIVERSITY OF PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR MY AUTO ZONE AND THE MANAGER IS A MASTER MECHANIC WHO CAN'T WORK ON CARS DUE TO DISABILITIES BUT HE KEEPS UP WITH ALL THE NEWEST MODELS AND STILL KNOWS ABOUT THE OLD ONES.
EVERYBODY THERE IS AN EXPERT ON VEHICLES OF ALL KINDS. IT IS A JOB REQUIREMENT.
WHY DID YOU THINK YOU WERE DISCRIMINATED AGAINST?
MAYBE YOU NEED TO MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE?

I would hope that in the last year you would have spent your free time to get some higher(well at least basic) education. By the way how much have you paid so far to your "editor".

i have worked for az for 6 years, & they do not tolerate discrimination
i have worked in over 20 stores & 3 reigons
do you really expect people to take you seriously?
for your books sake make sure you use spell checker

toll everyone?
coulnd find?
yous tried?
paaper?
most autozoners have been with the company for 5-15 years on average,
this is not because of scare tactics. people that leave the company before that, leave because they are lazy or un-relliable
you were more than likely let go for being illiterate or for being a liability to the company
as for them surviving the recession, if you notice their earnings release, double digits positive last quarter, this was no accident either. you do not become the largest autoparts company in the u.s. by treating emplayees, or customers this way
