Hello everyone I am opening a new site were you can report autozone on scams discrimination, retaliation, herrasment, and intimidation. I also sufferred all of the above working for this ignorant company. And how they pay attorneys from out of state to come and intimidate you. Well I also have a book coming out its called my life in hell lol well its autozone. I'm publishing this book this year and you will hear about everything that happend to me for supporting nad helping costumers while their rights were being violated. Or while they were being discriminated . I was told to chut up a lot of times . Well with what I have toll everyone about this company . I'm sure they won't last this economic crisis. Costumers will stop buying from them. And they though they were going to scare me so I wouldn't talk. Auto zone its my turn . Just because I was forced to quit don't mean I coulnd find another job as soon as I walked out of your store I felt walking out of hell. And yous tried making me sign a paaper so I woulnd talk to the media lol . Well now is the time . If anyone has suffered at autozone email me let stand up against this company.

THE STORE 1965 I WORK FOR WENT THROUGH EIGHT EMPLOYEES IN JUST OVER 2 YEARS. THATS HURTS THE AVERAGE. NOT BAD FOR ONLY HAVING 10 EMPLOYEES AT ANY ONE TIME.?? CHECK THE UPPER MANAGEMENT HA.

Although I made a comment about his diction, I failed to Google Auto Zone until just now. Looks like Auto Zone has paid a lot of money for Age Discrimination and Sexual Harassment. So although he doesn't write well, seems his complaint has merit.

I certainly hope the people who puplish your book (If there really is one) uses spell check. You're English and writing skills are HORRID. Maybe you were fired because you couldn't communicate effectively and use propper English. And when did Auto Zone start selling "Costumes"?

AUTO ZONE HERE IN AUSTIN HELPS ME KEEP MY OLD CAR RUNNING.
I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING HERE EVERY SINCE I CAM E HERE IN 1991 AND HAVE SEEN ALMOST NO TURNOVER OF EMPLOYEES UNLESS SOMEONE'S HUSBAND MOVED OR TRANSFERRED AND THEY LEFT OR THEY RETIRED OR SOMETHING. NO ONE HAS BEEN FIRED.
I HAVE SEEN AFRICAN AMERICANS, MEXICAN AMERICANS, WHITE AMERICANS, MALES AND FEMALES AND THEY ALL KNEW SOMETHING ABOUT CAR AND TRUCK PARTS.
THAT'S PART OF THE JOB --KNOWING AN OIL FILTER FROM A TAILLIGHT ASSEMBLY AND A TURN SIGNAL ASSEMBLY FROM A LIGHT LENS.
YOU HAVE TO KNOW SOMETHING ABOUT CAR PARTS AND WHAT PART GOES WHERE.
I HAVE NO COMPLAINT WITH THE GREAT DIVERSITY OF PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR MY AUTO ZONE AND THE MANAGER IS A MASTER MECHANIC WHO CAN'T WORK ON CARS DUE TO DISABILITIES BUT HE KEEPS UP WITH ALL THE NEWEST MODELS AND STILL KNOWS ABOUT THE OLD ONES.
EVERYBODY THERE IS AN EXPERT ON VEHICLES OF ALL KINDS. IT IS A JOB REQUIREMENT.

CHECK OUT AUTOZONE COMPLANTS. DOES AUTO ZONE DISCRIMINATE. THE MEMPHIS FLYER. THEN AFTER READING THAT. LOOK AT AUTO ZONE COMPLANTS MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT CAR PARTS STORES. THESE PEOPLE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO READ AND "COMPREHEND" THE POINT THAT IS TRYING TO BE MADE. NOT BEING ABLE TO READ AND BE INFORMED IS IN ITSELF, IT'S OWN FORM OF STUPIDITY. IF THIS COMPANY WAS FAIR, JUST, AND TRUSTWORTHY, NONE OF THIS WOULD HAVE TO BE AN ISSUE, AND PEOPLE COULD JUST GET ALONG. WHY IS IT NECESSARY TO BE-LITTLE SOMEBODY WHO MAY NOT BE ABLE TO SPELL PERFECTLY? WHAT ARE ALL OF YOUR INSUFFECIENIES? WHERE IS YOUR COMPASSION? DO YOU BELIEVE THAT WHAT HE'S GONE THROUGH IS NOT TRUE AND THAT HE'S MADE IT UP? I CAN TELL YOU FIRST HAND THAT, ALSO, WAS MY EXPERIENCE WITH AUTOZONE. I, TOO, HAVE EXPERIENCED DIFFERENT FORMS OF DISCRIMINATION. I WAS DISCRIMINATED AGAINST FOR BEING HONEST AND FORTHCOMING. THIS COMPANY WOULD RATHER HIDE WITHIN THE SHADOWS OF DISCEPTION AND NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. PLEASE GOOGLE AUTOZONE COMPLAINTS. UNDER THE CATEGORY MY BIGGEST COMPLAINTS CAR PARTS STORES THERE IS A REPRESENTATIVE FROM CORPORATE NAMED SCOTT, WHO SAYS HE WILL RESOLVE ANY ISSUES IF HE CAN. WATCH THIS WEBSITE TO SEE IF THEY CAN RESOLVE BOB'S ISSUE'S, OR IF IT'S SOMETHING THEY ARE GOING TO IGNORE AS I WOULD EXPECT. i have worked for az for 6 years, & they do not tolerate discrimination
i have worked in over 20 stores & 3 reigons
do you really expect people to take you seriously?
for your books sake make sure you use spell checker

most autozoners have been with the company for 5-15 years on average,
this is not because of scare tactics. people that leave the company before that, leave because they are lazy or un-relliable
you were more than likely let go for being illiterate or for being a liability to the company
as for them surviving the recession, if you notice their earnings release, double digits positive last quarter, this was no accident either. you do not become the largest autoparts company in the u.s. by treating emplayees, or customers this way
