My loan modification has been accepted and has been sitting for 64 days as of today. My problem is that I have made my payments and have not been late once. However, the house is in only my name and the wife is the bread winner. I am about to go out and buy a house in her name and shove this one up there butt. They will take a good 60000 bath. Keep an eye out for more federal civil suit!!!!!!!!!!
