They raised my payment 300.00 per month due to taxes but the taxes only went up 75.00 per year. then before my arm went up the rates dropped 3 times I contacted them on numerous occasions before it was going up and they never contacted me back and raised it another 200.00 and they wonder why people are walking from their homes.
