My first mortgage sold my loan to Aurora loan Services. I did fall behind in my mortgage but I notified them right away. The mailed me forms and told to fax the papers and mail the orignals in. Then they told me they was overwhelmed with some many applications, I should call and check the status at least once a week. I would call one a week and they would said my papers was being processed. A month and a half went bye and finally someone told me that my papers was lost. So I had to send them again. Then I was told I would be contacted by mail to see if I was approved for a new loan. Each week that went bye, I would call only to get the same response, your papers are being processed. Then one day a lady told me that I was denied the loan. She even gave me a date that was almost a month before. So when I went to send in a payment, they said don't bother because my house was in foreclosure. They then advised me to send in more papers, they said that they would try to get me a new loan but to wait until the beginning of the month. This time, I did not wait. I called everyday and they said they was just waiting for the rest of my papers to be sent in. Then one day after I faxed pay stubs and child support papers, the bank called me about a payment. They stated that i needed to send in my payment in four days. I asked them how are they asking for payment and I did not send in all the papers. They stated that I needed to pay 3 months on time then the bank will see if they could modify my loan. Then after the three months, I have to come up with a large amount of money.
