We'll here it goes. I stopped paying on my loan when I couldnt get the answers i asked back in feb07. I wanted to know where the money went that they charged me to do the loan for taxes and house insurance. My county taxes havent been paid and my house insurance company never received a payment from them. Plus I advised them I have lost most of my income and needed them to redo my loan. They assured me they could help but never received any confirmation. I was about to loose my home so I called the home retention department as per my lawyer. This department assured me they would put me on a 3month plan and come Jan09 they would reassess my loan and refinance it for me. I got a letter stating I had done as they asked and if I send more info about my finances they assured they would work with me. In December, I filed Bankrupcy on an company I had and aurora was not in the bankrupcy. I received an letter afterwards stating because I filled bankrupcy they would not help me. I faxed over another letter asking for more help and they sent another letter stating they could not do anything for me. I'm not sure if Aurora hires dumb people or if the company wants them to act stupid! I notice they are part of Lehman Brothers and I know Lehman Brothers received money from the government. Im sure Aurora is reaping the rewards! Do they want to put people out of their homes and get no money or do they want to help. Company scams happen everyday and I think this company has corp vps who is scamming the money.
If anyone puts a class action suit against this company, Im in!
