Aurora Loan Services ripoff refuse to help with payment plan because house is damage from hurricane Wilma Scottsbluff Nebraska

I live in West Palm Beach, FL. My home was hit by 3 hurricanes, starting with Hurricane Frances & Jeanne in 2004. I didn't live in the house for 1 year and 3 months. During that time I paid my mortgage payment. I'd asked in April 2005 for help from Aurora Loan services because of my situation. They said that it wasn't anything they could do. The investors said that because the property had damage they didn't want take the risk.
I continued to pay until Hurricane Wilma came and took my roof and created more damaged. When Aurora took over my mortgage from Bay Capitol I wasn't living in the home. I called Aurora in October 2005 after hurricane Wilma. I told them my situation and the condition of the home. I ran out of money because the funds I received from FEMA I used to repair the home. The contractor didn't realize you needed nails to put a roof on. He took my money for the roof and the money to fix the inside of the home. I'd paid him about $7.000.00. I had to use my credit card to the limit to get another guy to come in and finish the insdie for my home.

I have a FEMA trailer in front of the home and when it rains my house has so many holes because of the FEMA blue roof. They used nails to apply the blue roof so areas that I didn't have holes I have them now. I haven't received any help from FEMA, so I'm struggling.
I haven't heard from Aurora and I know that it's something that they can do to help me catch up with my mortgage payment or re-do the loan. I asked if I could pay interst only or if they could re-do the loan so it could become affordable.

I really believe that this company is getting some type of help from the government because of the lost with the hurricanes. I've never dealt with a copy like this before. When I saw the situation becoming a problem I called. It's February 14, 2005 and I still haven't received any information. If anybody have any information on what I can do before they decide to take me too court for foreclosure I really need the advice. I have a paper trail and that's it.
