Aurora loan started in 2008 Modify my mortgage and they place me on Modification and they put me on Reduce payment. I have made every single of them and i did not miss even one.   after 12 months they  denied me and put me on another modification. That last it for 9 months and the same story . They put me on another reduced payment and i have made every single of them. they kept asking for the same document over and over and I gave them same document over and over and after 9 months they did it again. they denied me. I am Real Estate Agent and I had reduced income after market crashed and fall behind. This is my primary home living with my Family. Today they send me denial letter and they are asking for $53000 or they will foreclose on me. I feel they knew what they were doing from the beginning.

I think some one in Government authority who gave them Bail out money must review all these non scene and help consumers.   If some one is taking class action against this scum Mortgage company please count on me. I would take any help if any one can put me on right direction . at this point I do not what else i can do. some one please help!!
