Austin Davis Real Estate Program is a program that trains students in commercial real estate. The Austin Davis Commercial Real Estate Scam is a bad program for banning me! Just looks at the Austin Davis Reviews and the other students that get banned too! I bought the Austin Davis CREprogram and used it for 3 months. I followed the steps and found a property and did all the steps and had the seller sign a contract and we were ready to close. When I contacted the Austin Davis Cre program staff for help they told me that I should not have had the seller sign a contract yet if I was going to use the partner program.

I explained to them that I needed to have it on contract so I could buy it! They said that the contract would have to be with a new LLC for me and my partner and not my LLC. When I had to go back to the seller to explain this they were very concerned I had no idea what I was doing. I submitted it like Austin Davis team say and they find me a partner. Then they said that the best offer was for me to get 40%, but I said I wanted 50%. They said they would ask if my partner would do that and he said no. So I had to take 40% to get it to move on. Then 3 weeks later when we had it under contract I came into contact with another investor who was very interested in my deal and said that he would offer me 60%. I then went to my partner from Austin Davis CREprogram and tell them I have better offer and ask them to match it. They were very angry at me for asking and said we had an agreement and they would not let me out of it! So I had to go with them at the 40%. I had agreed to it and signed the papers, but I did not have a choice and I should have been let out and able to get the 60%.

Austin Davis team did not help me get the better deal and told me that I could not get out because I had agreed already to work with the partner from them. After we closed on the deal I was so mad that I told my partner they should just buy me out because I never wanted to work with them again. They offered me half of what I asked for on my buy out. I told Austin Davis staff about it and they said I was not being a professional investor and was going to hurt my reputation if I kept making these demands with my partner. I took the offer that the partner offered me. After this I decided I should not have to have paid for any of the closing costs on the deal since I no longer was a partner on the deal I had sold. When I contacted my partner to ask for them to pay for them they said they would not and that they would no longer work with me on any future deals. I then contacted Austin Davis staff to tell them about this and demand that they tell my partner he is to keep working with me as a customer of Austin Davis! They told me that I had repeatedly been unprofessional and that they would not tell my partner that because they had done all they had agreed to and more. They then also said that they would no longer be able to work with me and would issue a refund for my membership charge that month. I did not ask for the refund, I did not ask to cancel and they just kicked me out and banned me! This is a scam! Who does that! Beware of Austin Davis program. They will not help you and they do not care about students! They make all that money and I a new student just want to get a better deal and they do nothing to help me!
