What A JOKE!!!, I had this company do Tint job for me on my 2010 Accord In june of 2010, 6 mos after buying my car New I decided I had saved enough money to get the windows tinted for my son who has Albinism. this condition causes extereme sensitive to light, and legal blindness. (It is a serious condition that has many negetive components) After what I thought was a thourough interview, I felt convinced that Mitch was going to provide me a " Quality Job" as promised. after being without my car for an entire day, I finaly recieved a call from Mitch Delacoe, I went to inspect the "Quality job" I thought I Had bought........WOW! WAS I WRONG! This guy Butchered my window job, I have had MANY cars done and never Have I ever experienced this type of Shoughty Work before. So, I mention to Mitch at the inspection of this job, and Immediately explain My disappointment, He says he agrees with some of my concerns and agrees to redo this job IF " I contact him Within 7 Days" Guess what? After 7 days of trying to get him to call me back, I had to file court papers. This guy comes to court acting like he doesnt know why he is there. What A tool bag!! Now here I am Feb. of 2011 waiting for a final hearing. I attempt to contact him as ordered by the court, to offer an oppurtunity to settle the amount, He hurled Insults at me calling me an Idiot, and telling me he was just playing games because I mad him Mad!!! I mad him MAd, Why because I followed his instructions to a "T" and held him accountable and when he didnt respond I took him to court!!! this guy Is a really piece of ........you get the point, All I can say is BUYER BEWARE!!!! Look for future Postings!!!

This place is a joke and the owner Delacoe is a joke. Its kind of funny a man that can be so disgusting to his (thank God ) ex wife still has a business. Do not take your car here for any reason ** AND DO NOT DATE THIS CREEP***

First of all, do a search for Allen Santos / Allen "Dallas" Santos, and its very clear "HE" is the joke and has no credibility for being a scam artist with his own company in 2008 and stealing $100,000+ from people.
Second, we service over FIFTY(50) car dealerships for over 13years now and as we all know, they only use the BEST in the business for their installations, not to mention the referrals they send us daily. ALSO,we are the ONLY company in NH thats been open for more than a couple years like our competitors, with 18,000+ customers, and with 20+years in the industry, luckily i dont have to deal much at all with people like Allen.
As for the job we did, we sub-contract out window tinting and noticed the job was not 1000% flawless so we offered to re-do it and make it right, but never heard back from Allen except for an immediate court hearing that was for 3times MORE the original amount he paid(which he didnt get back from the court hearing btw, since the judge saw right thru him).
After googling my name, i came across this post and had to laugh at how easy it is for any nutjob to write what they want. Even tho we offered the customer a re-do for the work done thru our store or even a full refund it wasnt enough.... and we know why.
All i have to say to Allen J Santos, Karma is a bitch.

Very interesting, a cop using steroids and hanging out with a biker gang? I'm sure the court would be interested in this fact.
And it almost sounds like a threat, no, it IS a threat, that you're telling the gang, and I'm sure an honest businessman, about this post. You wouldn't have connections to this gangmember... I mean businessman would you?

I saw this online in a search today and had to comment: First off, Ive met and had work done there(tho it was electronics) and they did a great job and are super easy to work with. imo
Second, My close friend is dating the guy who does the window tinting at that place and for your information, he's a police officer and a steroid/gym freak. Also, both of those guys are involved with a large biker group you really dont want to mess with. But im sure you knew that already doing your 'thorough interview' process? (tho i highly doubt u did) Or that they have video cameras inside and out that record everyones faces,cars,license plates...
So now the more important issue you need to be concerned about is not if u win or lose your court thing or whatever you've started, but how do you get OUT of what happens AFTER!?? It sounds like your not thinking things thru but no amount of money is worth that, and as a girl who's spent most of her life around their kind of people, you might want to think hard and fast before writing stuff like this for all of them to see and be pissing in somebody's cherrios. Normally i wouldnt care, but u mentioned a child and as a mother i had to reply, you obviously dont know what you've gotten into!
Or maybe you just like causing drama and doing this stuff,idk, so i guess i'll make sure i forward this to all of them and 'the group' and let them decide.
