This is the exact message we received: "Our records show that you have accessed 25 reports or more in less than 60 days with an AutoCheck Unlimited or AutoCheck + TitleGuard consumer account."
When we purchased the unlimited for 60 days we did not know we were paying a $1.00 a vehicle for each one we researched. If you want to look at vin numbers for shopping for a used a car be warned you NEED to know how many vehicles you will be looking at before you buy a package!!! After 25 vins you have to buy another package to look at more!!!
Since when did unlimited become limited to 25??? It should state plainly on their order form how many you are getting for your money.

If you click "Read More.." it says "The Unlimited package is our best value! This option is best for the savvy shopper looking to compare more than one vehicle. Run as many vehicle history reports as you want for 30 days with this package and buy with confidence". But, if you open "Terms and Conditions" it says...
"personal use of the service is defined to not ordinarily exceed 50 reports during any 30-day period".
If we open the dictionary and read what Unlimited means:

Looks like according to Autocheck UNLIMITED = 50.
My account was blocked when I was looking for a car for my son and check every car in my price range because I had UNLIMITED package. Sent an e-mail to them - no response. Just a big RIP OFF.
