Auto Gallery of Springfield, MO AXO Motor Group Failure to disclose that vehicle was wrecked, Car has nothing but problems and poor repairs Republic, Missouri

Purchased this 2006 Mercedes Benz from Auto Gallery in Missouri. This vehicle was sold on ebay with free shipping (gimmick the dealer uses to get people to buy the car with out seeing it first). I purchased the vehicle with out having any knowledge of damage history. After getting the vehicle I began noticing paint peeling on both passenger side doors, rear and front bumper, and side skirt. Some trim pieces were loose and not properly installed, and some were missing. The rear passenger door does not line up with the body of the car. Rubber door gaskets were ripped and lose, indicating they had been handled during door replacement. Rear tires last about 5K miles before needed replacement. Front control arm bushings failed at very low mileage for unknown reason. Removed back seat to adjust parking brake, found a used Mercedes Benz air bag crash sensor and several tools under the seat that had been left there when the curtain airbag and sensor was replaced. Vehicle has been nothing but problems and obvious poor repairs that I had NO idea had taken place - or I would have never purchased the vehicle.
