From my experience this store is very professional and a very nice place to deal with, I am very pleased with the work I had done to my vehicle. I will do business there again and I will refer my friends and family.

I was recently at this store and nothing was even close to the things that were being said here, the store was very clean, my work was done properly and on time. Do yourself a favor and check them out before you go any where else.

I have been to this place many times over the past few years and I have not witnessed any of the negative things being posted here. I would without a doubt recommend this company. There should be some form of verification before posts like this are made, all this does is leave the door open for any competitors or disgruntled employees to bash respectful businesses.

The person vouching for the integrity of the company is Nrgize, which Keith Morgan, the owner of AutoSound owns. He, again, is using an alias to further dupe and rip off people. I have personally been subject to his rip off schemes and have been assaulted by this violent man in the past. Stay away from Autosound as they provide infamously terrible service. Look at a review website and it's easy to see how Keith Morgan writes all his own reviews under aliases. All the reviews start and end the same. The guy is a fraud and his business is the worst in the area.

My name is Scott J (((ROR REDACTED))) look it up in the white pages.. ive lived at this address for 23 years. unlike the person who claims i'm not who I say I am..the latest rip off from this business is the GROUPON scam, my neighbor decided to jump on it to save some money cause times are tough right now, but was very unhappy with the results of Auto Sound.

First of all he didn't let me know about his venture to cape coral and didnt tell me where he was going.. so i did some reserch whe he returned,  he was also ripped off by this company... i contacted 3M again and asked if Auto Sound of Cape Coral had ordered any 50% film from them in the past two years, they reffered me to the distribution center where i got my answer, which was NO, then i called Sun Tek and asked the same question, once again the answer was NO. hmmmm my neighbor was told that he could upgrade to a better film and the legal limit but it would cost more money, their answer , or should i say excuse was, they were out of 50% film and the last shipment was wrong and they sent the wrong film.. wow what a scam to get people through the door... needless to say he left in disgust and never went back, but let me know of the deceptive ways of that business.. below are contact people i talked to and their phone numbers, since i see the owner of the business has decided to comment along with a bogus account name called Nrgize Franchisee - Cape Coral (United States of America) oh by the way i called them too and got information and the person claming to be  Nrgize Franchisee - Cape Coral (United States of America) is none the less than Keith Morgan himself , owner and operator of Auto Sound Cape Coral hmmmm so the comment of :("""We have been to this business numerous times over the past 15 yrs we have lived in Fort Myers, all I can say is we have had nothing but pleasant visits, this is the problem with websites like this, anyone can post a negative story about any company without providing any proof. I doubt the corporation would discuss another company's business with you. An online search shows many different sources to purchase 3M Window Film.

You want us to believe the owner's name (or his alias) is the same name you used to file this report?? This is clearly a bogus report filed by a competitor or former employee.

There are so many lies in this fabricated story, we were confused upon seeing the things being said and wanted to talk with someone pertaining to this but we cannot find any records of such transaction. Please update this complaint with your documented paperwork ie. Invoice for services purchased, if you would put a copy of your invoice on your story we could all validate what and when you were charged for, if not it will be know you are a fake.
