Auto Star The company sold me a car that was having issues and I was back and forth for the last 3weeks with them fixing on the car .car broke down on me got it fix which was an issue they was suppose to fix but I was stranded didn't have a choice took the car back the owner said bring it back on Thursday. on that day the car wouldn't drive past 20 miles per hour called them they sent a tow truck told me I could get my money back but they can put me. In another car the next day came back the next day they sold the car that I had on hold to purchase found another car for the same price they wanted another 1000.00 down .so I'm left without a car and stranded they were so rude they locked me out with any remorse and I thought customers came first Norcross Georgia

March 11,2014 purchased a 2005 Chrysler 300 c 4door sedan, gave them a written statement of everything that needed to be fixed to my knowledge .paid $2000.00 down and a car payment of $300.00 a month.the dealership agreed to fix everything with no problem . On march 18,2014 took the car back because they was going to fix it plus check engine light came back on they fixed something kept the car all day and when I got it back it still was the same. I was told to come back again a few days later. return on march20,2014 mechanic couldn't repair it without the owners approval so for the next 2weeks I'm back and forth trying to get this car fixed. they giving me the run around each time. car broke down on me March 31,2014 had to pay out of pocket for a repair that they was suppose to have done. took the car back to the dealership he said bring it back on Thursday. well when Thursday arrived the car wouldn't drive past 20 miles per hour so called the dealership and ask if I could get my money back they said no but I can get another car. went and pick out a car and the owner advised me that it would be ready for noon the next day. called to make sure because I had to get a ride from some on they gave me the run around again. so I just showed up and they had sold the car that I was going to get test drove another car sat down to do the paper work on the car. they lead to think that I was going to get this car. they had me surrender my Chrysler and they wanted another $1000.00 down after I was told it was going to be an even trade since I haven't had the car only 3weeks. so I'm stuck without a car and they even lock up the car lot and I had to wait outside on the highway until I found a ride home which was about 15-20 miles away. the saleperson didn't even show any remorse she just left and they say the customer comes first.....wow....
