I suffered Discrimination, Herrasment , Intimidation , Retaliation, Treats at Auto Zone
Because I wanted better Costumer service at my store because they told Costumers to go backo their F***en Country and I reported it. They came and Hit me back with Discrimination, Herrasment , Intimidation , Retaliation, Treats. I called Corporate to let them know what had happend, So they old me they were Going to send Human Resources to talk o me and so I can sign some Papers yea he came to try to Treaten me that if I talked I would get fired, Every time Speak spanish to A costumer they told me not to speak that shit in front of them. So I went to E.E.O.C I filed A discrimination Charge and Auto Zone found out and they Cut my Hours from 40 a week to 7 or 12 hours a week, So I went back to E.E.O.C and filed another one for Retaliation, and they made me do all the work in Auto Zone by my self I had to put up truck on my own. They cut my lunches, followed me all over the store so I would not speak Spanish, On my Break I could not see anything in Spanish on the tv we had in the store, Auto Zone's Attorney asked me that when did my Dad cross the Border, right now im looking for people that have also been discriminated I Auto Zone employees or Costumers. so we can get together and talk to the Media, and Stop the Discrimination in Auto Zone, and we can all talk to a Attorney and File a class. Auto Zone alway gets away with everything. Because they have money but we need to put a stop to this, I f w talk to the media Im sure every single person World wide will stand up against Auto Zone and fight for their rights I have all the media's Info and A jews Attorney. please contact me
Lets show them that we have rights too. right now I have about 35 People together to file but you can join if you suffered Discrimination too but please dont lie I dont talorate liers like Auto Zone

At my store If we didnt do what the managers told us to do to the costumers we would get writen up, do you know what they are doing well that will come next :)

I got hired o speak Spanish in Auto Zone and I am in my Coutry I was born here. I am going to keep fighting the System. because on my application it said thay I was hired for that. I understand that It is a plus if the costumer learned english. but why do have to pay for it if I got hired for that position.

You kind of pressed a touchy button with some folks.
Were you speaking Spanish to the customer because that is all they understood?? Or were you speaking it to call them names taking for granted that they did not know Spanish and you could call them all sorts of things without them knowing it.
If you want to speak Spanish so bad you should come on down to Florida to Bradenton :) or Miami.

This is not a ripoff. The company simply wants you to abide by their policies. If they do not want you to speak a foreign language to the customers then don't. Why is this so offensive. I think you should focus on doing the job at hand and stop trying to fight the system. When you filled out the job application, did you write in English or Spanish? Were you expecting this to be a Spanish speaking position? You have not been ripped off.

I tend to side with Auto Zone on this one. It's THEIR store. If they don't want anyone speaking Spanish in their stores, it's their prerogative. Get with their program or go to work somewhere else. No one is forcing you to work there.
