Auto Zone The recess bully manager Kingston Massachusetts

A new manager has taken the Kingston MA store and he is making everyone at the store go through hell. I will state that I am NOT an employee but a relative of an employee who has watched things disintergrate in the few short months that DAN has been the manager.

Dan will call his employees and tell them to punch HIM in. Dont know if other employees will do it..Mine wont. He prints a two week schedule and then changes it daily to suit his own needs. He will change the schedule and call people to tell them they are late..He schedules people to work bell to bell and doesnt even show up to help. He wont open or close..IfHe wants a day or a weekend off..He just shoves people in the schedule to HIS liking. He understaffs the store consistently and generally uses his title to intimidate his employees. (Who wants to lose thier job in this economy??)

He is rude to customers and walks away and lets his employees handle problems. Usually problems he has created. He is young and very obviously the job title has gone directly to his little pea brain. He takes away peoples scheduled vacations..He basically comes and goes as he pleases and daily threatens people with thier jobs if they dont want to play his game.

I also have check stubs showing that Auto Zone has underpaid my relative and the paperless way they do thier paychecks is a ripoff to the general population of workers who are too scared to question what is happening..I think if anyone ever delved into thier payroll system and looked at a few thousand paystubs they would be appalled at what they see.. Im keeping the one I have that shows GROSS mistakes. I have a feeling its going to come in handy one of these days. I believe if someone cares enough to delve into some of the things happening..Maybe at that particular stoe..or maybe all of them..I dont know..They will be very surprised at what they find.
