Complaint Review: AutoNation Vehicle Protection And Care Program By Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc.
AutoNation Vehicle Protection And Care Program By Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc.P O Box 8567 Deerfield Beach, Florida U.S.A.
AutoNation Vehicle Protection And Care Program By Fidelity Warranty Services, ripoff, dealer diagnosed fuel pump pressure low and recommended replacement under warranty until 10/13/2005; warranty company denied repair Deerfield Beach Florida
On October 11, 2005 just after 10am I had the Tahoe towed to Champion Chevrolet service department. Frank Botello informed me after an inspection that the fuel pump had low pressure and recommended replacement. They also found a leak in the a/c compressor and recommended replacement of that as well. Later that day Frank informed me that an inpector/adjuster from AutoNation Vehicle Protection/Vehicle Care Program (extended warranty company) would come to inspect the claims. Keep in mind that the said warranty expires on October 13, 2005.
On October 12, 2005 around 4:30pm Frank informed me that when the inspector turned the ignition on the Tahoe is started up every time, so the replacemment/repair to the fuel pump was denied.
