AutoZone Store #2684 They don't backup their parts! Give customers run around going over six weeks Schaumburg, Illinois

We purchased the same fuel pumps for the same truck 5/2011 2/23/2012 3/12/2012 and each time had the truck towed and had to pay for labor. We have recovered our money for the tows thru insurance but for the last 2 times the Feb and March  If a part can't last for a month then something is wrong!! The store manager said he would submit the claim and send the fuel pumps in and hopefully we would recieve compensation it takes about 2 weeks we checked in 3 weeks and he said oh nothing we could do but wait maybe 6-8 weeks.

Today we called the Corporate office who informed us the pumps were never sent and they pretty much fullfilled their warranty by giving us a NEW CRAPPY FUEL PUMP THAT DIDNT' EVEN LAST A MONTH. So we do not know if we eat the labor 508.00 The Corporate office said he sent over a fed ex label to the store manager now -who knows what pumps he is putting in there and why he did not do this before. I am so upset the really feel they have helped the customer if the pump can't even last for a month. I will never buy a part from them again what good is it if you get another fuel pump that sucks! It may not seem like alot of money but it is to us and it is clear they should eat the labor costs or something.
