Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This company were relentless at collecting weekly payments that.always varied in price. They put a tracking system on the car that required a code after you pay for it to run. The system messed up the car wiring n they wouldn't fix it. Knowingly charged us 3000$ more for a 99 Cadillac deville with 160+ thousands miles. We moved out of state n they made us drive all the way back to them to finish the paperwork when they could have just faxed it. This company is a rip off and Betty is the leader all the sales associates that work for autobility knowingly lie and do not Care. They are a rip off trust me take your money else where.

Aren't there enough markets out west, Ken? But since you own this store, the least you could do is offered Engish, sentence structure and punctuation classes THREW your dealership!

Yes the contract was read but like many other consumers in America we were in a bind you all knew that and took advantage. You lied about warranties and different things you offered when we purchased the car. The car was not only a lemon you all damage the wiring with the coder you put in your cars. When told about it along with the battery u charged us 300$ you lied and tried to charge us to fix the wiring in the car. Our was eventually paid off threw them but nor before I wanted to shove my foot down Betty throat. This woman is rude very unprofessional and constantly complaining about how dumb her staff is when clearly she's the dumbest of them all. Never was I forced to sign anything and finances are very much in order is why our car is PAID IN FULL. The car buying experience was horrible thanks to Autobility in Fredericksburg va. Take your money to a real car lot. Not car lot/pawn shop/ we buy gold shop/ and boot leg garage with a unlicensed mechanic.

Did they FORCE you to pay $3000 over book for the car? Did you read the contract before signing it?
